Shish Kebob's


2 Pounds Lamb -- or beef cubed
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Medium Onion -- chopped
Salt And Pepper -- to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Dry Red Wine

Directions brown lamb or beef in butter until browned. add onions and saute until golden. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. serve over rice.
Serves 4
